I just had to do Cinder for Book Of The Week. I can’t stop gushing about this book to anyone who will listen. This inventive retelling is only boasted by the spectacular timing of it’s debut, the muses of great media minds are smiling upon Marissa Meyers with the surge of fairy tale spinoffs in tv and movies. Fans of shows like Once Upon A Time and Grimm will find kindred reading in Meyer’s writings, with her next book based on Little Red Riding Hood this series is cruising the hottest trend in entertainment right now. Making Cinder, is in my opinion the most exciting new series to come out since The Hunger Games.
